Phone Consultation
Please schedule a complimentary phone consultation by clicking the “Scheduling” button and choosing “I’m a New Client.” After the consultation, you will be scheduled for a 75-minute new client appointment (psychiatric evaluation). You will receive an email with a password for the client portal. You will also receive new client intake paperwork to be completed prior to your first session.
If time slots are not convenient or you prefer direct contact to schedule the initial phone consultation, please call or email with your availability and I will work with your schedule. Thank you.

Insurance
I currently accept Regence, Lifewise, and Premera plans. I am in process of credentialing with First Choice. Please check with your insurance before your first appointment to ensure that I am In-network with your plan. In addition, please determine your out of pocket expenses including co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles for which you will be responsible.

Remember, fees are not covered by insurance. My goal is to be as transparent as possible to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.
